Salam/Hi beauts today i'll be comparing and reviewing two 'beauty blenders'. One reason i love using sponges after appyling my foundation with a brush is not only does it even the foundation and take exccess off but if you have oily skin like me it also mattifies your face and so i'm not as oily.
I've been using the cosmopolitan one (the pink one) for over 6 months now and i loved it because before that i had the h&m sponge but it was very dense and stained. It retails at 4.99 and can be found at Superdrug.
In comparison to the Real techniques sponge (the orange one) it's not so good, the real techniques one is very soft, bouncy and creates a perfect flawless finish. I found the cosmo one more dense and you can't dab it into you skin properly as it does hurt slightly as its too dense.
If your wondering which one to buy i would highly recommend the Real techniques one (the orange one) which retails at 5.99 and can be found at both Superdrug and Boots. It's also the perfect shape and easier to use as the Cosmo one has a slightly awkward shape.
A little tip that i want to share is when you wet the Real techniques sponge there's still alot of water left and when using it on your face it makes your face wet so just get a few tissues and dry the sponge a bit then its ready to use.
I hope this helped you in anyway. It was difficult to review these properly as they both do the same thing just the cosmo is too dense and doesn't create as good results as the real techniques one.
